Manage your subscription

A subscription renews automatically until canceled. The full selected kit is ordered and charged at the price and frequency shown when you placed your order. A one-time purchase does not renew.

Sign in with the email address used for your order. In the subscription portal you can skip a delivery, pause or cancel, and update your payment method or shipping address. Make changes before the next billing date to prevent the next charge.

If you cannot access the portal, contact us with your order number at contact@britza.shop.

Orders already charged are covered by our refund policy. Optional shipping protection applies only to the first delivery and is not automatically renewed.
