Subscriptions and one-time purchases

A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. With a subscription, the full selected kit is ordered and charged automatically at the price and frequency shown on the product page and at checkout, until canceled.

Nattokinase subscriptions renew monthly regardless of the number of bottles. Beet Flow follows the one-, two- or three-month frequency selected when ordering. Days of supplement supply and billing/delivery frequency are different. The first payment occurs at purchase; later payments follow the selected interval. Any shipping charges or taxes are shown at checkout. Existing contracts retain the terms agreed when the customer ordered.

Changes, skips, pauses and cancellation

Open Manage your subscription and sign in with the email used for the order. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel, and update your payment method or shipping address. To prevent the next charge, make changes before the next billing date.

If you cannot access the portal, contact contact@britza.shop with your order number. Orders already charged are covered by the refund policy.

Shipping protection is optional, applies only to the first delivery and does not renew automatically.
